About The Position
The Digital & Ecommerce team at TULA is growing, and we are looking for a Sr. Manager of Digital Product to be responsible for driving our digital experience through the next phase of our growth for our direct to consumer business.
TULA is looking for a Sr. Manager of Digital Product to own the digital product roadmap, defining the features and functionalities that engage our customer base and drive a best-in-class customer experience, owning end to end through to implementation working with our external development partner.  This role reports to the VP of Digital & Ecommerce and sits in TULA headquarters, located in NoMad in NYC.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Enable sales growth by developing features / functionality that improve the end-to-end eCommerce customer experience and supporting business systems integrations
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned to business objectives and customer needs
  • Own relationship with our external development partner and manage day to day
  • Work closely with the eCommerce team on strategy, product development, production support, triage, and feature development 
  • Facilitate the company’s digital culture through discovery, development, delivery, analysis, and support
  • Anticipate product needs and plan updates that enhance our digital capabilities via feature sets/enhancements such as a referral & loyalty program, diagnostic shopping tools, personalization platforms, chat tools, etc.
  • Use customer & market research, customer and user feedback, customer usage and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhancements
  • Build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions
  • Document, define, and communicate objectives, requirements and constraints for e-commerce initiatives and releases
  • Work closely with the digital team to A/B test feature launches and ensure their adoption
  • Partner cross-functionally with wholesale, marketing, finance and operations teams to determine optimal technical integration paths with third party applications
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the agile execution process from conception, requirements gathering, UX design, development, and testing through to launch
  • Partner with the Sr. Manager of Analytics & CRO to establish a culture of testing and learning within the digital team in continuously developing hypotheses and manage execution of testing for on site features / functionality
  • Be responsible for effectively deploying resources, solving problems, completing trade off analysis, motivating and communicating against moving timelines, and managing vendors and partners to deliver to strict deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Manage partner relationships, identify necessary and/or desirable third-party features; evaluate and select vendors, negotiate agreements and contracts, and manage partnership integration 
  • Research competition and third party vendors to understand the market dynamics
  • 6-8+ years of product management experience at a direct to consumer brand
  • Experience with Shopify (preferred), Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Magento
  • Experience managing external development teams
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or related field
  • Agile philosophy, always iterating and improving on the process
  • Understanding of back end technologies (ERP, WMS, etc.)
  • Project management experience a plus
