The Role 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our client’s social media strategies across various platforms. If you're passionate about creating engaging content, driving brand awareness, and have a proven track record of social media growth, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for client’s and L.A. Libations brand owned platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience.
  • Ideate, create and curate compelling, on-brand content that resonates with our client’s audience. This includes visuals, graphics, vidoes, and captions.
  • Design eye-catching grids and feeds to increase reach and engagement
  • Oversee and grow pool of external content creators to support brand’s social media content creation 
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns and collaborations to promote client products and brand iniativies. 
  • Ensure marketing and content calendar are updated and reflect posting schedule 
  • Oversee day-to-day client social activities on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok including content scheduling and performance tracking
  • Implement strategies to grow our client’s social media communities, increasing followers and engagement 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, creative, digital, influencer, and all LAV teams. 
  • Ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns for all clients. 
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of clients social media campaigns. 
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement to all clients. 
  • Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure LAV’s clients remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
  • Pitch new clients and manage social team P&L to meet department financial and growth goals

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Preferably 2-3 years of social media experience at a CPG/beverage brand or full-service advertising, marketing, or entertainment agency 
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media and digital marketing 
  • Experience with variety of social media platforms and expertise on Instagram and Tik Tok
  • Experience growing social media followings and raising content engagement
  • Experience with video and photo editing
  • Knowledge of editing softwares such as Splice 
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams within an agency 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks on multiple projects at the same time 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to self-start and adjust quickly when needed
  • Excellent creative, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office

This is a hybrid role and our office is in El Segundo, CA. 

Salary is determined through interviews and a review of candidate experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. In addition to salary LA. Libations offers a comprehensive benefits program.
