We’re looking for the right person, is that you? in Texas. The Altos Planos Brand Ambassador is an enthusiastic leader with expertise in mixology and credibility among the bartending community. They exemplify the brand ethos of authentic relationship and community building, a creative mindset, a determined personality, and a high level of integrity. The role requires profound initiative, schedule management, some travel, and working late evenings and on weekends.

Altos Planos Brand Ambassador Objectives:
  • You report directly to the Director of Global Brand Advocacy, managing a target account list, reporting, and other crucial tools that will help you succeed in your KPI goals.
  • Implement and execute promotions in target accounts that generate trial and awareness for our brands.
  • Develop a network of key trade contacts to support and drive the brands.
  • Exhibit expertise and detailed knowledge of Altos Plano’s portfolio categories.
  • Engage and educate trade through brand initiatives that uphold our cultural values.
  • Provide weekly recapping metrics to communicate successes in the market.
  • Deliver industry-leading educational seminars – build AP’s reputation and credibility.
  • Develop and execute programming that communicates key brand messages uniquely and compellingly.
  • Work with the local Sales team to engage distributor sales contacts actively.
  • Help ensure our brands are visible to consumers throughout your focus market.
  • Develop a productive and effective working relationship with assigned accounts.
  • Content creation that helps promote the brand following its Social Media guidelines
  • Have a rooted pulse on your market, gauging trends, and be culturally connected to your community.
  • Manage personal budgets to ensure programs are executed within guidelines.
  • Capture and report all trade and consumer interactions and activations. Analyze the effectiveness of activities through reporting and impact capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Professional individual with at least five years experience in hospitality and/or supplier.
  • 2 year minimum of Brand Ambassador Experience.
  • Familiarity with the market and key accounts catering to the targeted consumers
  • Excellent spirits knowledge and a good understanding of the wine and spirits market
  • A genuine passion for the Agave category and the classic cocktail movement
  • Substantial organizational, time, and budget management skills.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities: able to provide input on key brand initiatives as part of the consumer, trade, and press events
  • Ability to work independently, manage a personal schedule, think creatively
  • Event Production and Management
  • Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Proactive solution-oriented personality
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The role requires evening and weekend coverage – it is a full-time role with non-standard hours
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
