Millstone Spirits Group is a craft spirits group based in Philadelphia PA and operating several craft distilleries in the Northeastern United States. We operate under multiple brand labels including Kinsey, Faber, Escape Goat Seltzer, Common Well, Fortunato’s Fate, New Liberty product lines. We operate two production facilities, tasting rooms, and distribution centers.

Millstone Spirits Group is committed to building a network of craft distilling players to compete at the highest level within the Distilled Spirits Industry of the United States. 
 
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Pennsylvania Sales Manager will play a key leadership role within Millstone Spirits Group, driving business growth and development across the state. This position will oversee the expansion of the company’s sales volume and distribution in both the on-premise and off-premise channels through direct sales managing a team of sales representatives across the state while strategically managing PLCB licensee sales as well as Special Order channel sales.  Specifics include but are not limited to:
 
•         Achieving performance goals and sales targets for the Pennsylvania region.
•         Leading regular team and one-on-one meetings with sales team.
•         Coordinating the execution of sales and marketing programs.
•         Developing and maintaining customer base.
•         Working collaboratively with assigned team, Director of Sales and other departments within the company.
 
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE
The ideal candidate will possess strong persuasion skills, exceptional negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in leading teams to successfully execute high-impact strategies aimed at sustained growth and profitability. In this entrepreneurial environment, the role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who is focused on achieving positive results and maximizing net profit.  Specifics include but are not limited to:
·         Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or relevant work experience.
·         5+ years of experience in Sales including key account management, preferably in the CPG space.

·         Substantial and successful experience leading a sales team towards the achievement of sales objectives and targets.

·         Strong Analytical skills including an understanding of key business drivers, as well as a deep understanding of sales models and compensation plans. The Pennsylvania Sales 

·         Proficiency and experience in CRM systems such as VIP, or Sales Force.

·         Communication skills including presentations to Director of Sales, CEO, and relevant stakeholders as well as working with all levels of the organization and clients

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, MS 365, and PowerPoint 

·         Must have a Valid Driver’s License, regular access to use of a car with adequate insurance, and a mobile phone.
