Pure Simple Foods is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Director to lead the sales efforts for our fast-growing brands, Lark Ellen Farm and Purely Sprouted. This role is essential to driving revenue, expanding our retail presence, and ensuring the success of our better-for-you product lines in the competitive natural foods space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Broker Management: Oversee and manage broker relationships to ensure alignment with brand goals and maximize retail opportunities.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with existing and prospective retail clients to drive growth and meet sales objectives.
- Retailer Pitches: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to secure new retail placements and increase distribution.
- Founder Support: Schedule and coordinate appointments for the Founder with key buyers, ensuring strategic alignment and preparation for high-stakes meetings.
- Market Strategy: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and create strategies that enhance brand performance and visibility.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in CPG sales, preferably in natural or better-for-you products.
- Experience managing brokers and calling on retail accounts.
