The Role:
This is not your typical operations role. Yes, you’ll keep the backend tight — but more importantly, you’ll be a strategic leader working side-by-side with our founder to drive Biohacking Bestie forward. You’ll own day-to-day execution, build systems for scale, oversee the digital experience, and bring fresh ideas to life that move the brand forward.
You’re part operator, part visionary, and part digital generalist — with the confidence to lead and the humility to build.
What You’ll Do:
Own and Optimize Operations
- Manage inventory, fulfillment, and supplier relationships (this is the *smallest* part of the role).
- Build simple, scalable systems across logistics, order flows, product launches, and planning.
- Ensure a seamless connection between product availability and what’s happening on the front-end of the brand (web, marketing, social).
Lead with Vision & Strategy
- Be Aggie’s partner in growth: helping shape ideas, build plans, and execute them with excellence.
- Step into leadership with confidence — lead internal projects, make decisions, and proactively drive momentum.
- Spot opportunities to grow the brand: partnerships, product, content, customer experience.
Own the Digital Experience
- Run the Shopify store: update products, optimize sales flows, implement new features.
- Improve site performance and CRO (conversion rate optimization) with landing pages, A/B testing, and upsell ideas.
- Understand customer flow from ad to website to repeat purchase — and work to make it smoother and stronger.
Understand and Elevate the Brand
- Work closely with our designer(s) and creative team to ensure launches, content, and comms are cohesive and aligned.
- Bring a sharp creative eye — know what good content looks like, what resonates, and how it connects with our community.
- Coordinate launches across the brand — from web to packaging to backend systems.
You’re a Great Fit If You…
- Are excited to co-lead a growing wellness brand — not just execute tasks, but drive results and share ideas.
- Have experience in fast-moving DTC/e-commerce businesses, ideally in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle.
- Know how to run (and optimize) a Shopify store confidently.
- Are obsessed with systems, scaling, and doing things better, faster, simpler.
- Have a strong eye for brand, content, and customer experience.
- Communicate clearly and move quickly — you’re proactive, not reactive.
- Are passionate about wellness and women’s health (and love building a brand that’s actually helping people).
Bonus if you have…
- Experience working with influencers or creators.
- Data skills (Google Analytics, heatmaps, Shopify insights, etc.).
- Exposure to creative direction, UGC, or performance content.
- Experience scaling a product-based brand from early traction to big growth.
