Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Caboo Products. This role is perfect for someone with 1–3 years of experience, preferably in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, who is passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to a growing company. You’ll play a pivotal role on our small, collaborative marketing team supporting a wide range of initiatives, with an emphasis on shopper marketing, eCommerce, and marketing operations.
Role Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Coordination
- Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across channels.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (internal and external) to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and priorities.
- Support execution of shopper marketing activations and advertising, including digital eCommerce campaigns (e.g., Instacart), point-of-sale materials and in-store promotions.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and support optimization efforts.
Digital Marketing Execution
- Support the day-to-day management of DTC, eCommerce, and digital shopper marketing channels.
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to provide insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all digital channels.
Creative Materials Development
- Assist in developing creative briefs and coordinating with designers to support execution of marketing assets.
- Support the development, production, and ongoing maintenance of marketing and sales collateral including digital marketing assets, print materials, branded swag, sales tools and sales channel specific materials.
- Ensure all creative materials align with brand guidelines.
Marketing Administrative Support
- Coordinate shipments of samples and brand collateral
- Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, in-store demos, and other promotional events.
- Support marketing project coordination, helping manage timelines, track deliverables and keep tasks organized.
- Handle invoices and budget tracking for marketing activities.
- Maintain organized records of marketing collateral, contracts, and assets.
Requirements:
- Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 1 -3 years of marketing experience (CPG industry preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Ability to track and summarize marketing performance metrics to support team reporting and decision making.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting shopper marketing programs, including digital shopper media and retailer-specific activations.
- Experience executing or supporting campaigns across digital and retail marketing channels.
- Familiarity with maintaining sales tools such as sell sheets and presentations.
- Experience working with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
- Exposure to marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta ads manager.
