- Proactively engage with program leadership to influence and positively impact the organization by identifying resources and formulating/presenting actionable recommendations/options for leadership consideration
- Provide leaders with coaching, consultation, and guidance regarding the effective management of people, structure organization effectiveness, and workforce planning
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
- Act as company liaison to PEO partner for all onboarding and offboarding duties as well as employee maintenance and benefits
- Assist with coordinating new hire orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain training records and help employees navigate the learning management system.
- Own the creation, editing, and distribution of the monthly company newsletter, gathering content, writing articles, and coordinating with departments for updates.
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Reception & Office Support:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they are properly directed.
- Open/Close office with daily office management duties
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Assist with managing deliveries and pick-ups.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required
- Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
- Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree and five years of experience or equivalent education and related experience in HR
- Demonstrated the ability to successfully manage projects through full lifecycle and deliver impactful results
- Ability to demonstrate managerial courage by taking the opportunity to constructively challenge conventional thinking and the ability to respectfully challenge the opinions of others
- Two years of progressive and relevant high-level Human Resource experience: Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Performance Management, Progressive Discipline, Employment Law, etc.
- Proven success in implementing core talent management processes
- Demonstrate the ability to execute quickly, effectively, and consistently
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Confidence interacting with senior/executive leadership
- Outstanding communication skills (over the phone, written, and in person).
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
