Saint James Is the fastest growing Iced Tea brand In thee country right now.  We're looking for an exceptional talent to join a rapid and fast growing team to be a resource for all team members.  You would also service as an office manager for our new office In Mid Town Manhattan.

Primary  HR Responsibilities
 
  • Proactively engage with program leadership to influence and positively impact the organization by identifying resources and formulating/presenting actionable recommendations/options for leadership consideration
  • Provide leaders with coaching, consultation, and guidance regarding the effective management of people, structure organization effectiveness, and workforce planning
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
  • Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
  • Act as company liaison to PEO partner for all onboarding and offboarding duties as well as employee maintenance and benefits
  • Assist with coordinating new hire orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain training records and help employees navigate the learning management system.
  • Own the creation, editing, and distribution of the monthly company newsletter, gathering content, writing articles, and coordinating with departments for updates.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.

Reception & Office Support:

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure they are properly directed.
  • Open/Close office with daily office management duties
  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Assist with managing deliveries and pick-ups.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required
  • Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
  • Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned.
 
 Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor s Degree and five years of experience or equivalent education and related experience in HR
  • Demonstrated the ability to successfully manage projects through full lifecycle and deliver impactful results
  • Ability to demonstrate managerial courage by taking the opportunity to constructively challenge conventional thinking and the ability to respectfully challenge the opinions of others
  • Two years of progressive and relevant high-level Human Resource experience: Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Performance Management, Progressive Discipline, Employment Law, etc.
  • Proven success in implementing core talent management processes
  • Demonstrate the ability to execute quickly, effectively, and consistently
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Confidence interacting with senior/executive leadership
  • Outstanding communication skills (over the phone, written, and in person).
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
