As we prepare for our May 2025 launch, we’re seeking a passionate Market Ambassador to bring this legendary drink to 25 key accounts across The Hamptons and Long Island.

Job Overview:

As a Dirty Bird Market Ambassador, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with on-premise and off-premise accounts, driving sales, and executing brand activations that reflect the energy and culture of the Dirty Bird legacy. 70% On Premise and 30% Off Premise

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management & Relationship Building
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with restaurants, bars, and liquor stores to grow Dirty Bird’s presence.
  • Support retail partners with staff training and brand storytelling to ensure Dirty Bird is a go-to choice.
  • Conduct regular account visits to track inventory, optimize placement, and strengthen relationships.
  • Sales & Distribution Growth
  • Work with distributors to expand placements and drive reorders.
  • Secure new accounts while maintaining momentum with existing partners.
  • Work with team lead to Implement pricing and promotional strategies to increase sales.
  • Brand Activation & Consumer Engagement
  • Bring the spirit of Dirty Bird to life by executing tastings, bar activations, and promotional events.
  • Represent the brand at local events, festivals, and pop-ups to drive awareness.
  • Partner with key influencers and hospitality professionals to amplify visibility.
  • Marketing & Digital Support
  • Utilize social media to promote Dirty Bird activations and brand experiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content and engagement strategies.
Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience in sales, marketing, or brand ambassadorship (beverage industry preferred).
  • Deep understanding of the Long Island/Hamptons hospitality scene is a plus.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends for events and activations.
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
  • Must have reliable transportation to visit accounts.
