What You'll Be Doing:
- Drive sales through relationship building and telling the Hard Cut Vodka brand story
- Develop rapport with buyers & staff in targeted key accounts on-premise & off-premise
- Secure menus features & visibility in bars, and displays & demos in liquor stores
- Visit retail stores to confirm shelf placement, train staff, conduct tastings
- Schedule and perform consumer promotions/activations/events
- Train staff on products and effective selling
- Track and measure accomplishments via provided tracking tool Effectively communicate wins, challenges, and best practices

- An entrepreneurial spirit who can think fast and be creative
- Highly organized individual with time management skills and attention to detail
- Sales/Marketing experience and/or Bartender/Hospitality experience preferred
- High level of professionalism Business acumen and keen negotiating skills
- Knows how to build strong relationships and maintain them
- Requires diligent reporting and proactive communications
- Must be 21 or older
