American Fine Food is a International Company in the Grocery and health/beauty space, specializing in exporting of American made products to 90+ countries. We are looking to expand our sales team with dedicated and diligent individuals who have an interest in International Sales.
Sales will be managing all aspects of an order from start to finish. This person will get the chance to really make an impact in a growing company that is continuing to see an increase in sales.
Inside sales position in our Hialeah Gardens, FL office. Leads are provided, no cold calling required. FMCG experience preferred.
Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission structure.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with new leads and get them onboarded as a new account. Provide all information needed to gain their business and customer loyalty.
- Help create container orders for our new and existing customers. Giving them insight on products, trends, and pricing.
- Follow up with all leads and customers in a timely fashion on all requests.
- Keep internal CRM up-to-date and record various interactions to allow proper follow-ups with accounts.
- Adjust content of quotes/orders and other relevant materials to suit specific client needs.
- Manage the sales process from beginning to end: Working with other departments within the company to make sure that the order is correct and on time.
- Continuously keep up to date with product offerings and market trends.
Knowledge, Skills, and Education
- Strong written and spoken English required.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks in differing stages.
- Previous B2B Sales preferred, International B2B a plus.
- Experience with using CRM is a plus.
