The Sr. Director, Total Rewards and HR Operations leads the Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, HR Data Analytics, International and Domestic Mobility, and Payroll strategies, functions and processes for Moët Hennessy USA. This role serves as a strategic business partner to the organization, providing specialized expertise and collaborating with the SVP People, People Partners, and business leaders to continually evaluate and evolve the company's Total Rewards strategy, and drive policy creation that ensures organizational effectiveness and enhances the employee experience.
This HR leader serves as a key member of the MHUSA People Leadership team, under the leadership of the SVP, People and of the Global Compensation and Benefits community, under the leadership of the MH Global Director, Compensation and Benefits. In these capacities, the role provides critical business insights to drive Total Rewards consistencies and efficiencies across MHUSA and all MH Global business units, shaping the creation and evolution of broader policies and practices.Job responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits Strategy and Program Design:
- Partner with business leaders, using competitive market data and internal metrics, continually evaluate and refine the company's compensation and benefits strategy and programs to ensure alignment with broader LVMH / MH
- Global objectives, local laws and regulations, and the needs of internal partners.
Design programs that support the attraction, recruitment, motivation, and retention of top talent, within the organization's established financial parameters.
Global Compensation and Benefits Center of Excellence:
- Serve as a key member and thought leader in the MH Global Compensation and Benefits COE, participating in the development of Global C&B strategy and programs to drive consistency and efficiencies across all MH business units.
- Contribute to global reward initiatives and be a part of global project teams for reward and system initiatives.
Policy Development and Implementation:
- Continually review and revise existing Total Rewards policies, to ensure alignment with business needs, relevant laws and regulations, employee expectations, and competitive practices.
- Supervise the delivery of new and revised policies, including all relevant communication and training. Partner with LVMH as well as the MH Global team to implement policies, as needed, ensuring consistency and alignment to business needs and priorities.
Compensation and Benefits Programs:
- Lead the development and delivery of balanced and competitive employee compensation programs and be responsible for the administration of LVMH health and welfare, and 401k benefits for the MHUSA organization.
- Partner with LVMH U.S. Benefits team to ensure that all MHUSA programs continually meet the needs of internal partners and are aligned with legal requirements.
- Build and deliver driven, equitable compensation packages for all assigned organizations, ensuring consistency and alignment with MH Global compensation objectives.
HR Technology, Systems and Payroll:
- Lead and evolve all HR operational systems and processes to address HR analytics, compliance and budgetary needs, ensuring the support of all strategic decision making and organizational planning accurately and efficiently.
- Drive the evolution of HR Operations providing best-in-class knowledge and recommendations to build efficiencies.
- Ensure that all payrolls are processed accurately and on time, in partnership with Finance team. Proactively address payroll and operations-related issues and processes to maintain efficiency and best practices.
Annual Compensation Review Process:
- Provide guidance and compensation expertise during the annual ICR process and supervise salary adjustments and bonus awards.
- Collaborate with People Partners through the ICR process to coach managers and ensure accurate and timely completion of the process.
- Provide thought leadership to the MH Global in the evaluation and evolution of
- Global ICR strategies and processes.
Executive Reward Program:
- Partnership with business leaders, and in alignment with MH Global objectives, develop and lead the delivery of competitive annual and long-term executive compensation, performance-based incentive programs that reinforce and support the company's goals and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with MH and LVMH, administer the LVMH shares program within assigned business groups.
- Incentive Programs: Develop and continually evolve a corporate framework for employee incentives, in partnership and alignment with the MH and LVMH
- Global and US teams, ensuring the fair and consistent reward of extraordinary performance.
- Establish tools and measure effectiveness of incentive programs, and continually evaluate and apply results.
External Benchmarking:
- Conduct and participate in comprehensive compensation and benefits studies within relevant markets and industries to ensure that the company's programs remain competitive and are aligned with best-in-class practices.
- Provide thought leadership and recommendations to the executive team, business leaders, and the MH Global team concerning the evolution of compensation and benefits programs.
International and domestic mobility:
- Provide leaderships and expertise to the expatriate program and domestic relocation management for MHUSA.
- Leadership and Direction: Provide dynamic and motivational leadership to the Total Rewards Team and guide their ongoing professional development. As a leader within the MHUSA People team, as well as the MH Global team, inspire high performance within the HR community in the pursuit of meeting team and organizational objectives.
- Maintain a flexible and adaptable mindset by continually evaluating, revising and responding with agility to meet constantly evolving business needs, and perform other functions and duties as assigned.
