Job Description: 
Western Son Vodka is seeking a proactive and skilled Field Marketing Lead to lead our brand sampling program and execute local event initiatives. This role focuses on building and nurturing the local presence of the brand, ensuring its alignment with consumer preferences and market trends. In this role, the field Marketing Lead will hire and train Brand Ambassadors, onboard agency partners, and serve as a critical link between field activities and senior marketing/sales. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, relationship-building expertise, and a passion for the spirits industry. 
Key Responsibilities: 
• Team Management: Recruit, hire, and train Brand Ambassadors to represent Western Son Vodka at sampling events (on and off premise) and activations. 
• Agency Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for third-party agency partners, ensuring clear communication of expectations and program objectives. 
• Program Oversight: Oversee the execution of the brand sampling program, including scheduling and logistics to maximize and drive brand exposure. 
• Reporting: Track and report sampling program performance, providing detailed insights and feedback to the Senior Marketing Manager and sales team to drive continuous improvement month over month. 
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute local events, tastings, and activations that align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences. 
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, distributors, on-premise accounts, and community partners to create opportunities for brand engagement. 
Qualifications: 
• Preferred Experience: 3+ years of experience in the liquor, beer, or wine industry, with a proven track record of field marketing, demos/samplings, brand activations, or event coordination. 
• Preferred Experience: Strong Leadership Skills: Experience managing and training teams, with a focus on clear communication and motivation. 
• Experience working with sampling agency partners, managing external teams, and/or training, and recruiting. 
• Prior experience in brand sampling/demo programs within retail environment. 
• Strong analytical skills to measure program success and recommend improvements. 
• Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and priorities with attention to detail. 
• Relationship-Oriented: Skilled at building and maintaining professional partnerships with stakeholders at all levels. 
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in reporting tools and platforms to compile program data and insights. Ability to create presentations and deliver to internal teams. 
• Must be 21 years or older and able to work evenings, weekends, and travel locally as required.
