- Sampling and Tastings: Organize and conduct tastings at various locations, giving customers a firsthand experience of our refreshing hemp beverages. This includes managing sampling inventory with our distribution partners.
- Merchandising Magic: Ensure our products are prominently displayed on retail shelves, maintaining attractive setups and replenishing stock as needed.
- Customer Service Extraordinaire: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for everyone who tries our products.
- Retail Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail accounts, keeping them enthusiastic and well-supplied with our beverages.
- Promotion Planning Wizard: Collaborate with retail partners to plan and execute promotional events that drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Market Sleuthing: Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and new opportunities, providing valuable feedback to the team.
SKILLS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- A passion for innovative beverages and a strong interest in the hemp industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your schedule and work independently.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary $40,000-$50,000, based on qualifications.
- Bonus plan for tastings and promotional events.
- Mileage reimbursement is offered at IRS determined rate
- Company merchandise.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
- This role requires travel within the Chicago metro area.
- A clean driver’s license is required.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for tastings and events.
- Must be 21+ years of age
