Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits is seeking a Finance Analyst, supporting our International Division. This role is responsible for supporting this sales team in the management of profitability and financial analysis. This role reports directly to the Finance Director, Strategic Account & International divisions.

This position offers a high degree of flexibility with a strong preference for Stamford or New York Metro area.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three (3) years of finance or accounting experience
• BS/BA degree in Finance/Accounting

Required Skills:

• Advanced Excel Skills
• Advanced analytical mind to synthesize data and develop innovative solutions and recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Self-sufficient and highly detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Willingness to travel 10-15%

Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of the International P&L through the following:
  • Track, analyze, and assist in the management and forecasting of the international marketing budget
  • Assist with the development and assessment of international pricing recommendations
  • Validate and submit international marketing invoices
• Perform month-end and year-end close responsibilities including volume reporting, preparation and tracking of accruals, partnering with the accounting department
• Assist with ad-hoc financial projects relating to the international division
• Ad-hoc support to the VP of International Sales
