Work Hours: 8AM - 5PM EST with one hour lunch break
Responsibilities:

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our in-house marketing team and help us continue to grow.
Work Hours: 8AM - 5PM EST with one hour lunch break
Responsibilities:
- Assists in identifying and creating innovative new products, reporting to management with project updates and discovery.
- Develop formulas and bottle designs for upcoming products.
- Communicate with vendors and manufacturers to source materials for product development and launch.
- Directly accountable for technical development and implementation of new projects
- Work as part of a cross functional project team, translating customer needs into relevant design elements meeting consumer, cost, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with external suppliers and development companies to identify, evaluate and implement new technologies and materials.
- Develop a solid technical and business understanding of the competitive set, supplier base, industry trends and other external changes that could influence industry and product direction.
- Must be able to consume limited quantities of alcoholic beverage samples in accordance with evaluation/research needs.
- Develop product design and operating specifications to provide input on ingredients, in-processes, and final product specifications on new or revised products
- Ensure compliance to all laws (global, federal, state and local) and company standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Project Management or related field with 1 to 3 years experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in creating and working a plan for assigned projects.
- Fluent in the English language.
- Experience using Canva required.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Experience using Asana or other project management tools required.
- Proficient with manufacturing scale equipment, process design, product testing, and functionality.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including timely follow-up and commitment to deliverables, and openness to give and receive feedback.
- Self-starter, flexible, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple priorities.
- Team player with collaborative style with good listening and partnering skills.
- Culturally sensitive with ability to work effectively across cultures & time zones in a global, multicultural, and cross-functional organization.
- Up to 10% of travel to tradeshows and other events with internal and external clients as needed.
Nice to Haves:
- Knowledge or experience in the alcohol industry
- Knowledge or experience with TTB and CRT regulations
- Knowledge or experience in supply chain management
- Knowledge or experience in product design
- Speaks one or more of the following languages: Russian, Mandarin, Spanish, Japanese
Benefits:
- Full-time, 40-hour salaried position: $55,000 annually
- 6 paid sick days effective after the first 30 days of employment
- 10 days of PTO/vacation effective after one year
