In this role you will work very autonomously, as you will be the sole salesperson in TX. You will have a very strong Rolodex of premium bars, restaurants & hotels in the Austin and surrounding area and a track record of hitting & exceeding targets in the beverage space. You will be expected to be selling Vincini Inc's premium portfolio of beverages on a weekly basis across the Austin Metro area. Initially 20 hours a week with the view to moving full time, once proven success in the market. Base salary plus commissions paid quarterly as well as expense budget to maintain and grow accounts. For the right person, this is a role that feels more like an extension of your life rather than a job!
- 5+ years in a sales role
- Track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Able to work autonomously and strive in success-driven environment
- Easily nurture existing relationships to drive sales
- Comfortable cold calling new accounts to gain increased distribution
- Always thinking about ways to drive account retention and growth
- Strong negotiation tactics and numeracy
- Able to keep track of meetings, follow ups and reporting
- Must have own car and be able to work flexible hours
