Responsibilities
  • Serves as primary contact for the distributor both management & sales force levels.
  • Responsible for executing programming assigned to distributors including sales plans, goals, incentives, pricing, & inventory management
  • Ensure all National program & brand initiatives are activated in appropriate markets
  • Champion key account relationships to develop core partnerships with strategic accounts
  • Shares best practices & ideas to the TOPS team for collaboration efforts.  One Team, One Dream!
  • Manage National tasting agency for event support where needed
  • Collaborate with Agency leads on pos needs for assigned markets and distributor ordering and execution.  Ensure that all local pos development meets brand standards
  • Oversee events & activations
  • Teach, train, educate and motivate our distributor partners to be brand champions
  • Lead regional chain activity within the territory, work with national team to ensure all moving forward together
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of management of multiple states & distributor networks. Must have experience in both on & off premise channels
  • Ability to build relationships and maintain effective working relationships to drive the business forward efficiently & profitably
  • Must have excellent organization & time management skills.
  • Proficient in data analyzation
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office & Teams programs, Canva, VIP & Micro-strategies with strong presentation skills
  • Must have a valid driving license 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, + min 5 years experience in the industry
