Job Description
As our Controller, you'll oversee financial operations, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

A proactive problem-solver, you balance the big picture with granular precision, contributing to the success and sustainability of the brand.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies to support company growth.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business objectives.
  • Evaluate and enhance accounting systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
  • 5+ years of accounting/finance experience
  • Proven experience in the beverage, CPG, or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
