Job Description
As our Controller, you'll oversee financial operations, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies to support company growth.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Implement and manage internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business objectives.
- Evaluate and enhance accounting systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- 5+ years of accounting/finance experience
- Proven experience in the beverage, CPG, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
