The Sr. Analyst B2C (E-Commerce) supports B2C Sr. Manager in implementing eCommerce activities across consumer and retailers; collaborates with brands and RTC team in developing and deploying best-in-class ecommerce execution; provides performance evaluation for continuous improvement of discipline.

Professional Experience
2+ years of professional experience in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC); wine and spirits preferred

eCommerce Strategy
- Supports the Snr. Manager in the development of eCommerce strategies
- Tracks goals and critical metrics to evaluate performance of same strategies
- Tracks budgets and tools to implement the plans with the Brand and Commercial teams
- Supports in the annual planning in tandem with RTC team
- Conducts ad-hoc reporting on market performance & comp data sets (e.g., Nielsen, IRI)
Campaign Building
- Works with agency and internal partners (content studio, media, trade marketing) in the planning and execution of the proposed campaigns.
- Collaborates with key partners and external team members in campaign implementation
- Supports in budget management for agreed campaigns through invoice tracking
ROI Reporting:
- Provides performance insights for continuous improvement of plans
- Provides and updates benchmarks for each key category
Education:
Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience required
Professional Experience
2+ years of professional experience in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC); wine and spirits preferred
Practical/Technical Knowledge
- Project management experience and skills including goal-setting and forward- planning
- Understanding of data & analytics: Ability to apply knowledge and direct application of data & analytics
- Collaboration skills with the opportunity to better develop them in a matrix organization
- Digital Marketing expertise and experience is a plus
