Position Summary

The Associate Brand Manager (ABM) plays a vital role in supporting Castle & Key’s brand initiatives, with a focus on sales promotions, field support, event execution, and sponsorship activations. The ABM ensures seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners to execute national programs, create impactful tools, and strengthen Castle & Key’s market presence.


Essential Responsibilities

Sales Promotion

  • Oversee all aspects of point-of-sale (POS) materials, including creation, delivery, budgeting, and execution.
  • Develop national programs and toolkits to align with sales and marketing strategies.
  • Manage POS inventories to ensure timely replenishment and availability.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to execute creative and impactful sales promotion campaigns.

Field Sales Support

  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for field sales programs and requests, ensuring alignment with the brand plan.
  • Develop and distribute selling and training materials to support the sales team.
  • Conduct market visits to better understand marketplace needs and gather insights that inform future initiatives.

Market Event Management

  • Plan, coordinate and execute brand events that drive engagement.
  • Oversee sponsorship activations, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing value to the brand.

Awards and Accolades

  • Manage submission processes for industry awards and accolades to enhance brand recognition.

Collaboration and Planning

  • Participate in the annual and ongoing planning processes, contributing insights and recommendations to support brand strategies.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.

Other Duties as Assigned

  • Provide additional support to the marketing and sales teams as needed to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or brand management roles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel for market visits, events, and sponsorship activations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
