About The Position
The San Francisco “Brand Guide” will play a key role in creating a revolution in the adult beverage space. A rare blend of
market manager and brand ambassador, you will be the face and voice of our brand to consumers and trade partners in the
greater Northern California (SF) market. As a successful candidate, you will have rockstar bar/restaurant relationships in the
San Francisco area. You will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various
sales and marketing activities.
You will work primarily independently in the field and from your home office, aligning closely with our Director of Sales to
achieve Wilderton’s goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, calling on accounts
with a laser focus in the on premise channel (there will be some off premise work as well), merchandising our product and
representing the brand at tastings, events and on social media.
To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills, a sense of urgency and high
standards. Previous on premise relationships, experience as a bartender, brand ambassador, market manager or
similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

Brand Guide Responsibilities
 Learning and aligning yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
 Working closely with Sales to establish strategic targeted account lists for on and off premise.
 Establish weekly account call frequency schedule
 Soliciting orders
 Merchandising store displays
 Educating customers, accounts and retailers about our products.
 Building rapport with customers and vendors.
 Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
 Timely and accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
 Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.
 Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.
Brand Guide Requirements
 Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
 Prior experience in San Francisco On Premise, FMCG space or customer service environment. Bartending experience
highly preferred.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
 Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
 Self-starter that takes initiative and drives to achieve goals
 Requires standing for extended periods
 Frequent lifting of items between 20 – 50 pounds
 Frequently works alone and unsupervised
 Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and clean driving record.
