The Account Manager within the Sales team at Fever Tree USA Inc. organization is an energetic, self-motivated individual. Responsible for building Fever-Tree business within your territory, educating trade and consumers on brand attributes and developing key account relationships within the defined geography to deliver on company's sales objectives and goals. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales and responsible for managing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the satisfaction of clients with our products. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and relationship-building skills to effectively navigate the competitive landscape and maximize revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
 
Account Management & In Market Activities:
o   Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including distributors, retailers, and hospitality establishments.
o   Develop and achieve sales performance targets for the Arizona on-premise channel with a strong focus on the Phoenix/Scottsdale and Tucson metro areas.
o   Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, orders, and concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of issues.
o   Monitor account performance and sales metrics, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
o   Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and logistics to fulfill client requirements and optimize customer experience.
o   Ensure flawless execution and maximum effectiveness of market activities (POS, feature & display activities
o   Participate and advise in business development matters, including sales calls, market blitzes and provide in-market Leadership to Fever-Tree Distributor Sales Teams

Business Development:
o   Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach and increase sales volume.
o   Conduct market research to understand industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
o   Proactively prospect and engage potential clients through networking events, trade shows, and targeted outreach campaigns.
o   Develop customized sales pitches and proposals to showcase the value proposition of our premium mixer products and secure new accounts.
o   Effective communication with Fever Tree departments including National Accounts, Finance, Marketing and Operations 
o   Prioritize and target product launches within geography: pricing, inventory, execution strategy, tracking, and measurement 

Qualifications:
 
  • Must live in the Phoenix Metro Area
  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience 
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in the sales or hospitality industry 
  • Bar/restaurant/hotel operator or distributor experience a plus 
  • Strong existing relationships with key decision makers in the on-premise as well as spirits industry network 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong budget management skills necessary 
  • Deep understanding of market & industry trends
  • Passion for winning, a results-oriented attitude, a thoughtful approach to problem-solving, and positive energy
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work remotely  
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel on an ad hoc basis including nights and weekends required 
 
Physical Requirements:
 
·       Valid driver's license
·       Ability to lift up to 45lbs regularly
·       Ability to travel regularly and stay overnight as business necessary
