About The Position

Are You The One?

  • The Texas State Manager would be responsible for....the state of Texas.
  • 4-year college degree preferred. 
  • Industry experience and people management a must-have.
  • Requires a current, valid state driver’s license and ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements.  
  • Strong business, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Innovative and proactive 
  • Demonstrates a commitment to doing things the right way with a high level of attention to detail and high personal standards of performance
  • Progressive sales experience, preferably in the beverage industry 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Be able to manage and call on key accounts on and off premise in the state of Texas......
  • Must have experience in the State of Texas selling wine and spirits.
  • Distributor management experience in the spirits industry is a must-have.
  • Supplier interaction experience is a must-have.
  • The ability to develop and maintain key account relationships is a must-have.
  • Be willing and able to work and manage reporting with a CRM system for sales reporting.
  • Be the front-line face of Slicker Beverage Insights with the primary task of achieving distribution and volume targets while fostering brand loyalty and development. Approve 
  • Approve monthly expenses for the team.

Compensation Structure:

  • Independent Contractor position- 1099 
  • Bi-Monthly payments
  • Yearly bonus opportunities 
  • Gas Allowance
  • Expense accounts
