This role is crucial to expanding The PATHFINDER and solidifying our brand identity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Strategy Development:
• Work with the Regional Director to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve KPI targets and maximize market share for The Pathfinder
Territory Management:
• Manage and expand the company's presence in the assigned region, including identifying new sales opportunities, developing customer relationships, and securing new business accounts.
• Optimize territory coverage and distribution channels to ensure maximum market penetration and sales growth. • Work with distributor and partner-investor to ensure KPIs are met quarterly, keeping The Pathfinder as a focal point in their sales goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts, distributors, and retail partners to drive sales and promote brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with retailers and customers to understand their needs, provide product education, and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements. (Tastings, educational events, etc.)
• Manage off-premise accounts from a merchandising perspective
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize VIP, iDig and Karma reporting softwares to manage day to day sales, and help track targets with our partner-investor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure effective execution of initiatives.
• Manage off-premise accounts from a merchandising perspective
