•Responsible for managing all aspects of the assigned territory marketing area for the Company.
• Responsible for conducting kick-off meetings with distributors to coincide with new product launches, line extensions, and incentive programs.
• Responsible for training all levels of the distributor (sales representatives and management) on the Company’s portfolio, positioning and marketing plans, goals and objectives.
• Responsible for ensuring that the distributor is accomplishing their monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales, distribution, placement, and display objectives.
• Responsible for working with a distributor sales representative and personally calling on key accounts every day of the work week.
• Responsible for managing Sales Business Book, managing their DS and TE expenses with SBB phasing management.
• Manages SKU mix to drive target revenue goal.
• Assist with preparation and execution of Distributor Meetings, market work withs/blitzes, etc.
• Market Manager should visit a minimum of 10 accounts per workday.
• Schedule is flexible, but responsibilities include managing all off-premise and onpremise accounts in assigned territory marketing area.
• Responsible for sending recaps after Distributor Work Withs to distributor management, sales representatives, and Company management within 24 hours.
• Responsible for calling on assigned chains.
• Manage sampling events in assigned market by conducting tastings on their own or by utilizing BA’s and/or approved Agencies.
• Work special events, and holiday shows, showcasing the Company’s portfolio.
• Sending all weekly and monthly required reporting including Weekly Recaps, Weekly Preplans, Weekly/Bi-Weekly Distributor Recaps, plus any other required paperwork assigned by Management.
• Any additional duties and responsibilities requested by management of the Company.
