**Position Overview:**  
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to grow our presence in Michigan, with a focus on Metro-Detroit. Reporting to senior management, this role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of sales experience who thrives on building relationships, executing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.  

**Key Responsibilities:**  
- Sales Development: Create and execute sales plans to grow Highline Spirits' market share in Michigan, focusing on brand visibility and customer acquisition.  
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with on-premise and off-premise accounts to ensure optimal product placement and representation.  
- Distributor Collaboration: Partner with distributors to manage inventory, and promotional opportunities while aligning with company goals.  
- Event Participation: Support marketing efforts by organizing and participating in tastings, trade shows, and events to promote the brand.  
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage sales data and market research to adapt strategies and remain competitive.  
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales performance updates and insights for senior leadership.  

**Qualifications:**  
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales, preferably in the spirits or consumer packaged goods industry.  
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with distributors, retailers, and internal teams.  
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.  
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools for reporting and planning.  
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight stays.  
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
