Spirits Network, the world’s first shoppable streaming entertainment network for spirits, empowering consumers to discover, curate, subscribe and purchase whatever they see in our original programming on SpiritsNetwork.com or the app.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role is a hybrid of order fulfillment and customer service management for subscribers of monthly and on-demand spirits. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations. 

MAJOR DUTIES:
  • Fulfill monthly bottle orders to clients by coordinating with current vendors
  • Explore supply chain to support expanding into new markets
  • Sourcing and procurement of custom gift packages
  • Book private tastings by scheduling clients with hosts and ordering + tracking bottles
  • Reply to customer service calls and emails
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Assist with member communication activities
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Broad supply chain management AND/OR e-commerce fulfillment experience
  • Previous experience with shipping vendors/shipping management
  • Previous experience in member management or sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Problem-solving skills
RECOMMENDED, BUT NOT REQUIRED:
  • Heavy experience in liquor industry
  • Previous experience with BigCommerce and Shipstation
Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent
