Manages kitchen activities including preparation/cooking of foods; estimation of consumption and requisitions of foods and supplies. Meets financial objectives by controlling cost, waste and inventory controls without sacrificing quality; evaluates quality of food product deliveries; maintains inventory levels and storage requirements. Develops menus; maintains safe, secure and healthy food preparation environment by following preparation standards; complies with sanitation and legal regulations Qualifications/Requirements Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to projecta professional image
- Ability to work 12 hour shift
- Minimum 3-5 years of food/beverage experience.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an org.
