As Director you will lead Corby's newly created data and digital transformation office and support Corby in its ambition to profitably beat the market by becoming a data platform company.
You will be responsible for successfully accelerating and driving Corby's digital transformation program, leading Corby's local and Pernod Ricard Group sponsored projects to their successful conclusion, while coordinating and aligning resources from across the business in support of the change program.
You will evangelize, promote and encourage new ways of working to leverage data to improve decision making
Beyond your project management skills you will bring strategic vision for what the digital and data transformation means and will have a focus and commitment to realizing business benefits of the change agenda
Your combination of technical, business and emotional intelligence will enable you to evolve Corby's culture and processes, to demystify the transformation allowing all functions to understand and embrace the change.

Responsible to implement digital transformation programs - tools, systems, ways of working transformation
Responsible to ensure operational effectiveness & integrity of front office business tool - processes & data integrity
Responsible for data governance
Leadership of the transformation program within Corby
Communication to stakeholders (employees, project teams, management, HQ), articulating the objectives of the program and the projects' status and achievements
Leading cross functional teams and implementation road maps
Collaboration with HQ teams, and local IT, business functions and external solution providers to design and deliver Key Digital Programs
Be the primary business lead and voice for front office systems development (Commercial Finance, Marketing & Sales) helping the business articulate it's needs and the opportunities for automation & systems development working collaboratively with the IT Business Solutions team
Coordinate the functional experts in systems development, data management and business process design
Champion and Leadership of the data governance within Corby
Establishing robust data processes and mindset to underpin the data transformation and ensuring data accuracy
Responsible for integrity of front office platforms and data
Key business liaison with IT Business Solutions Team
Operational management of the Exceedra/Vista Total Promotions Management (TPM) solution and other solutions implemented to drive transformation
Collaboration with the business users of data and systems (Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Commercial Strategy, Consumer Insights)
Articulating business opportunities for automation and systems development
Implement new business processes to ensure adoption of new ways of working
Be the business lead contact for front office (Commercial, marketing and finance) systems development
Chair the various Adoption Committee's (eg TPM)

Required Skills & Abilities
Project management skills; ability to collect business requirements, manage cross-functional teams, and drive change throughout the enterprise
Deep knowledge of data, tools, systems and processes
Understanding of human and organization dynamics to drive successful change
An influential and thoughtful leader who can coordinate and align cross functional resources
Systems and process analytics, diagnosis and change
Strong problem solving ability and analytical thinking
Superb oral and written communication skills; finding the 'right voice' at any level of the organizational hierarchy
Exceptional interpersonal relationship and team-building skills
Ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy
Commitment to cultural diversity and inclusion
Degree level education
Post graduate qualifications in fields of change management, big data, data transformation, data governance
Over 10 years experience in related fields related to business, IT, systems, change management
Successfully leading digital and data transformation programs
Managing complex projects
Working in and implementing data strategies
Working in a matrix type organization and managing dotted line reports
EPM platforms such as Tagetik
Promotions management solutions, eg Exceedra
ERP Oracle JD Edwards
