We are now looking for a Non-Alcoholic Product Manager to lead and execute the non-alcoholic product portfolio's strategy, management, and growth. The individual will work closely with the sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to identify market trends, build relationships with suppliers, and develop product positioning to increase market share in the non-alcoholic beverage sector.

Job Overview:

The Non-Alcoholic Product Manager will lead and execute the non-alcoholic portfolio's strategy, management, and growth within a leading wine and spirits wholesaler. The individual will work closely with the sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to identify market trends, build relationships with suppliers, and develop product positioning to increase market share in the non-alcoholic beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Development:

• Manage the non-alcoholic portfolio, including waters, mixers, specialty foods, and other emerging categories.

• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and growth opportunities for new non-alcoholic product introductions.

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to develop product pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies.

• Supplier & Vendor Relations:

• Establish and maintain relationships with non-alcoholic beverage suppliers and manufacturers.

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing, distribution agreements, and marketing support.

• Sales Enablement & Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales team to provide training, product knowledge, and support to drive sales efforts across non­ alcoholic product lines. Including regular time in the field with Key Accounts.

• Collaborate with the Director of Sales to set targets and develop sales plans that align with business objectives.

• Assist in creating promotional programs and materials that support sales initiatives.

• Market Analysis & Performance Tracking:

• Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for product improvement.

• Prepare and present performance reports, including sales trends, margins, and market feedback.

Marketing & Branding:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote the non-alcoholic portfolio through digital, retail, and on-premise channels.

• Drive brand awareness and consumer engagement by attending industry events, tastings, and customer meetings.

• Inventory & Supply Chain Management:

• Work with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability, manage stock levels, and maintain efficient distribution operations.

• Forecast demand for non-alcoholic products based on historical data and market trends to optimize inventory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in sales/product management, preferably within the beverage, or related industries.

• Familiarity with the wine and spirits industry, with a strong interest in the non-alcoholic beverage sector.

• Proven experience in market research, product positioning, and managing supplier relationships.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the New Jersey beverage market or knowledge of regional market dynamics.

• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and trends in the non-alcoholic beverage category.
