Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with 1-3 years of experience in the adult beverage industry. This position is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, with a basic understanding of both on-premise and off-premise sales channels. You'll play a crucial role in our small but mighty marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Coordination: Research venues, coordinate vendors, and manage logistics for trade shows and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Project Management: Oversee marketing calendars, ensure timely project delivery, and assist in developing marketing plans that boost brand awareness and distribution.
  • Content and Communications: Help craft marketing plans, update team members, and maintain consistency in messaging across all platforms including sales materials, POS, social media, and event collateral.
  • Budget and Administrative Support: Track budgets, handle invoices, manage RFPs, and keep meticulous records of marketing assets.
  • Design Support: Assist in updating templates, marketing documents, and basic design elements under the guidance of senior team members.
  • PR and Social Media: Support PR initiatives and social media strategies to maintain brand integrity and audience engagement.
  • General Support: Provide daily support to the Marketing Manager, taking on various tasks as needed to ensure team efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (In Marketing, Business, or related field preferred)
  • Experience: 1-3 years in the beverage industry, with a solid grasp of marketing tactics.
Skills:
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Remote work capability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Docs, and Word.
  • Creative thinking and basic copywriting skills are highly desirable.
  • Spanish is a plus.
