About The Position
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base, upholding internal pricing and margin standards.
- Manage brokers, distributors, merchandisers and provide clear goals and direction
- Establish and manage key customer relationships through category reviews, business reviews, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
- Creating and delivering sales reports on time.
- Identify and pioneer programs within retailers to drive trial and awareness.
- Provide insight and direction to develop solutions to build the brand
- Talk to other brokers, KAM, Brands, distributors, buyers and keep on top of the game on all things related to the industry.
