About The Position
The Area Manager will manage Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas. The ideal candidate will live in Texas, have an entrepreneurial spirit, a sense of urgency and the scale of ambition to grow Disaronno's business in one of the top markets
The Southwest Region Area Manager would be responsible for the following:

Ø  Lead, direct and manage distributors to achieve company's sales objectives
Ø  Maintaining complete understanding of wholesale organization & operations 
Ø  Achieve assigned distribution, sales, merchandising and profit goals
Ø  Identify and execute National & Regional initiatives business development opportunities
Ø  Increase company brands' penetration/presence in Major National/Regional targeted Off/On-premise accounts 
Ø  Maintaining and enhancing key account relations
Ø  Establishing annual, quarterly, monthly distribution and promotion objectives

Planning- sets State Goals that will improve distribution, merchandising, promotion, market share and profitability

Ø  Sets account visit, accounts sold, placement goals 

Ø  Works closely with Regional Director to drive channel strategies and tactics

Ø  Monitors competitive pricing

Ø  Maintains Key Account Plans- annual, quarterly, monthly

Ø  Works closely with distributor operations manager to maintain strong inventory position for all sizes

Implementation- Flawless execution on mission critical programs according to annual calendar 

Analysis/Evaluation- Provides on-going analysis/evaluation on sales performance versus Budget-monitors retail prices, provides monthly reports on all programs; and identifies distribution gaps with corrective actions

Education-Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.  Minimum of 3-6 years’ experience in consumer goods, preferably in the spirits industry
