Woody Creek Distillers is seeking a Sales Representative for Denver and the surrounding area. A successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new Woody Creek Distillers points of distribution, volume driven activations in the on and off premise, tracking/reporting their progress, developing new relationships, and strengthening the brand’s overall presence in the market. This position has opportunity for increased responsibilities and a growing territory dependent on individual performance. Responsibilities:
- Acquire new business
- Manage current partnerships
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributor personnel
- Grow brand footprint through product placement and brand activation
- Track and report progress
- Manage and report expenses within a monthly budget
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Pass a background check
- Reliable vehicle and valid US drivers license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn product details and convey what you have learned to customers in a simple and concise manner
- Live in or around Aspen, Colorado
- An organized approach to daily, weekly, and monthly tasks/goals
- Possess a highly competitive sense of goal attainment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years’ experience in beverage sales
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit, stand, stoop, stretch, walk, bend, twist, reach, perform repetitive motions, and carry boxes or items
