About The Position
High growth, unique 100ml can cocktail company focused on high ABV, classics. We serve craft quality + can convenience. Entrepreneurial company w/ cool vibe seeking diverse team of A players to grow the brand & enhance human experiences.
Director will be responsible for driving business with distributor partners; selling to on & off premise customers, and engaging consumers to build brand awareness & presence in designated markets

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
●      Be the brand and Company go-to resource for local distribution partners and their sales force
●      Identify and secure key customer / channel sales
●      Drive distribution and merchandising activation
●      Coordinate sales efforts with wholesaler to ensure implementation of sales strategy, marketing programs, & incentives
●      Execute proper brand presence at retail and events
●      Work with the distributor network to coordinate and execute a broad range of activities such as product training, tastings, promotions, events, and work-withs as climate permits
●      Execute and manage promotions and events to drive awareness
●      Obtain results by effectively utilizing resources and budget provided
●      Build mutually beneficial relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and influencers to grow sales and awareness
●      Record and steward progress, challenges, opportunities for continual improvement 

JOB REQUIREMENTS
●      At least 7 years’ experience in the alcoholic beverage industry
●      Strong network & credibility among buyers / decision makers 
●      Experience growing brands and partnering with distributors
●      Able to grasp financial implications of their decisions
●      Ability to work collaboratively and independently
●      Experience in identifying & executing events, festivals, tastings, promo’s
●      Ability to problem solver and an inner drive to succeed
●      Passion for cocktail culture 
●      A flexible schedule that will allow for work some nights & weekends
●      Valid driver’s license 
●      Comfortable with occasional overnight travel (if safe to do so)
