Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership Responsibilities 
·         Research, track and analyze non-alcohol industry to determine consumer and industry trends to identify new upcoming products, suppliers, and develop and adjust long term strategy.
·         Network to identify, cold call, and follow up with new supplier partners.
·         Sell in new supplier partners on the SBC advantage, negotiate agreements, and on-board.
·         Own the relationship with supplier partners along with developing, executing, and achieving ABP.
·         Own execution of monthly non-alcohol plan to ensure display, pricing, distribution, and shelf set standards are being properly executed at retail to deliver the monthly sales budget and grow sales & share.
·         Work closely with other leaders (Sales VP, Regional Managers, DM’s) to maximize the selling, training and customer service opportunities across the company.
·         Build, develop, and drive strong relationships with supplier partners to improve strategy, pricing, profitability, and growth

Profit & Return Management Responsibilities
·         Drive attainment of targeted dollar goal objectives.
·         Own the P&L for our non-alcohol business including sales budget, expenses (marketing, promotional, pricing) to achieve gross margin targets.

·         Manage expenses and drive financial accountability of NA business unit.
 
Marketing Responsibilities
·         Be the SBC expert on all things non-alcohol including pricing, promotion, marketing agreements, and route to market strategies.

·         Collaborate and participate with chain team to sell in distribution/promotions by owning the knowledge and partnership with suppliers’ guidelines.  

·         Drive execution of marketing efforts to ensure they translate into sales, margin and achieve supplier plans in the field by coordinating and supporting supplier visits, surveys and tastings.
·         Work with purchasing team on forecasting sales and ordering.  
 
General Duties  
·         Support company policies and procedures.
·         Comply with all laws and regulations.
·         Travel as necessary.
·         Execute additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements
·         High level of integrity, commitment, and possess a strong work ethic. 
·         Bachelor's Degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience that is determined to be directly related to the foregoing specified requirements may be considered for substitution. 
·         Strong persuasive presentations skills, including the ability to speak before large audiences both internally and externally.
·         Knowledge of the non-alcoholic beverage industry preferred.
·         Passion for industry with the ability to continuously learn new brands and represent effectively to customers.
·         Licenses, Age restrictions: 
o   Valid Driver's License and maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
o   Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of employment to sell alcohol in the state of Kansas.
