Overview

We are seeking a Digital Design Program Manager to manage the design workflow for Southern Glazer's corporate website. You'll collaborate with leaders to execute the website roadmap, review creative output, resolve process bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs that align with business goals. By maintaining and optimizing design tools, processes, and documentation, you'll empower the team to focus on user-centered innovation. The ideal candidate combines expertise in modern design practices, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences that reflect Southern Glazer's industry leadership

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Corporate Communication and Web Content Manager to oversee and prioritize design initiatives for Southern Glazer's corporate website
  • Contribute to and drive the execution of the website's strategic roadmap
  • Oversee the design workflow, ensuring all portfolio design requirements are met effectively and on time
  • Manage a team of designer and copywriter
  • Review and refine design, content, and copy to uphold the highest quality standards for the corporate website
  • Present and socialize work to internal leadership, ensuring diverse perspectives are incorporated
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in workflows to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
  • Manage design process documentation (Confluence, Monday.com, and Figma)
  • Advocate for user-centered design
  • Manage the toolset for designers, and consistently look for new tools and methods to improve our quality of work (ex. Figma, UserTesting.com, Monday.com, Miro)


Additional Primary Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working as a program manager, design studio manager, digital project manager, or UX leader
  • Proven experience designing, executing, and optimizing workflows for digital products
  • Familiarity with design thinking principles and methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools and software (e.g., Confluence, Jira, FigJam, Miro)
  • Prior experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud is a bonus


Physical Demands

  • Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or mobile device Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
