Category:  Full-time, typically daytime hours Mondays – Fridays. occasional evenings and weekends required for event oversight. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring two days per week 
                    in the Statesville office.

Job Overview:
Southern Distilling Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Project Manager to join our team. This critical and integral position is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to an exceptional standard of quality. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, problem solving and leadership skills to manage project teams and serve as the primary point of contact between internal departments, clients, and vendors. The successful candidate will lead marketing operations, including customer acquisition, outreach, and management of creative processes and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and conclude projects according to defined timelines.
• Assemble and lead project teams, managing workflows, and ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Continuously refine project management processes to enhance overall department and company efficiency and effectiveness.

Project and Customer Management:
• Manage all stages of the Contract Distilling Customer Acquisition Journey, ensuring efficient coordination and communication with prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate the Single Barrel Program, actively reaching out to potential customers and managing the entire customer interaction process.
• Lead and oversee the sales request process, ensuring timely responses and internal coordination.
• Manage, track, and report on tastings, ensuring all events are seamlessly executed and feedback is gathered for future improvements.

Creative & Digital and Partner Coordination:
• Manage the creative process in Trello, keeping all stakeholders on task, assigning deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Oversee website management, including updates, content changes, and working with web developers to ensure optimal site performance.
• Coordinate influencer relations with a focus on high-touch follow-up after events, nurturing relationships for future collaborations.

Logistics & Vendor Management:
• Manage relationships with vendors, handling the ordering and tracking of all POS, collateral, and merchandise items.
• Oversee overall POS management, ensuring that materials are distributed and accounted for.
• Coordinate e-commerce logistics, including the timely shipment of products and fulfillment of customer orders.
• Manage the process of sending out product samples, ensuring proper packaging, tracking, and follow-up with recipients.

Special Projects:
• Lead special marketing projects as needed, from concept to execution, providing project management expertise to ensure goals are met on time and within budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 3-5 years proven experience in project management, preferably within the advertising, marketing, communications, or related field. Project Management certification is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate cross-functionally with sales, creative, and logistics teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
• Experience with website management and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Vendor and customer relationship management experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Bev Alc experience preferred but not required.
