Job Description/Responsibilities

The ABA Regional Distributor Manager will be responsible for Sazerac sales activities and managing distributors specific to our Alternative Beverage Alcohol portfolio.

This position will be responsible for managing these activities in Northern California and Nevada.

Additional responsibilities for the Regional Distributor Manager include:
  • Effectively manage multiple distributors to achieve sales activities for the region
  • Develop and communicate volume and profit objectives for the region
  • Responsible for facilitating solution based sales presentations to targeted regional accounts
  • Monitor and ensure the goal attainment is achieved annually and on target
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measures for the brand priorities in the region; review results to ensure completion of the KPIs
  • Increase regional profitability by increasing depletions, building brands and efficiently pricing the portfolio
  • Develop and manage price structures, distributor pricing and margins
  • Develop and implement brand programming and KPI's for distributor teams
  • Proactively identify and communicate new brand opportunities
  • Responsible for launching and integrating new products into the market
  • Seamlessly integrate new brand acquisitions into the region


Qualifications/Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience (preferably managing multiple distributors)
  • 3 years Budgeting, Planning and/or Financial Analysis experience
  • Proven success in a leadership role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
  • Willingness to Travel
  • Must be able to obtain a relevant solicitor's permit in any state


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 years of marketing experience
  • MBA
