Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Trade Marketing Coordinator to support our trade marketing initiatives within the grocery, club, convenience store, and natural sectors in the U.S. and Canada. In this entry-level role, you will assist in executing trade marketing strategies and programs designed to enhance our brand visibility and sales within key grocery accounts. You will play a vital part in strengthening our presence in the grocery channel, aiding promotional activities, and supporting the merchandising of Saint James Iced Tea products.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in Strategy Development: Help implement effective trade marketing strategies that align with Saint James Iced Tea’s brand goals and objectives, focusing on the conventional grocery channel.

Retail Partner Support: Support the team in building and maintaining relationships with key grocery accounts, contributing to the planning and execution of promotional activities.

Promotional Planning: Collaborate on the development and execution of promotional plans and activities, such as in-store displays and point-of-sale materials to increase product awareness and sales.

Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support, including assisting in the creation of sales presentations and promotional materials.

Merchandising Support: Assist in executing merchandising strategies to ensure optimal product placement and adherence to brand guidelines within grocery stores.

Market Analysis: Help gather market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the grocery sector, contributing insights to inform trade marketing strategies.

Performance Tracking: Contribute to tracking and analyzing the performance of trade marketing programs, utilizing key metrics to gain insights for future initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all trade marketing activities.

Budget Support: Assist in managing the trade marketing budget by tracking expenses and assisting with resource allocation to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the grocery sector or
- consumer packaged goods (CPG).
- Basic understanding of grocery retail dynamics and shopper marketing.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000. Remote position. Headquarters Is located In Boca Raton, FL.
