About the Role
This position is accountable for the effective performance of the supply chain, QA/QC around operations, and logistics. Areas of management include but are not limited to: overseeing/sourcing co-packers, managing raw materials/inventory, tracking & logistics for orders, working with labs, developing and executing QA processes. This position will work closely with our Finance team, as well as our sales team. Successful candidates will have experience in both analytical and managerial roles, with a proven track record of meeting goals and leading the development of scalable operational systems.

  • Provide oversight and analysis to key margin drivers for the business including manufacturing, cost of goods, and raw material sourcing
  • Build, maintain, and formalize relationships across our supply chain
  • Management of production and co-packers
  • Oversee, manage, and create QA/QC processes
  • Oversee company inventory for raw and finished goods Oversee monthly reporting of inventory transactions for financial reporting
  • Coordinate deliveries and shipments and daily administration of purchase orders
  • Collaborate with company finance team to ensure accurate reporting and analysis
  • Contribute to cash-flow management objectives
  • Day to Day management of regulatory compliance
  • Special projects that include creating new SKU development, and new certifications¬†
Skills and Experience
  • 4-5+ years experience working in operations, logistics and/or supply chain
  • 2-3+ years in packaged consumer goods (snack category is a plus)
  • Works well in a high growth and collaborative environment
  • Strong Excel, quantitative analysis skills and data management skills
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and tasks at once, and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced work environment to meet tight deadlines.
