Job purposeManage the relationship with the markets in scope and operate as a primary point of contact for the PR North America marketsSupport the alignment of the local brand plans with the global platforms and strategy to deliver growthProvide a consolidated view and track the progress in the implementation of Brand Plans and roadmapsOrganize the local deployment and amplification, including needed adjustments and adaptation, of global assets for the markets in scope in collaboration with the other global teamsMonitor performance of TAC brands in the PR North America marketsEnhance consumer centricity within TAC organization with strong cultural insights gathered locally
AccountabilitiesDrive the collaboration between TAC and Market Cos of his/her scope and be the primary point of contact for any business / brand related matterAct as a traffic manager / PMO between TAC and the PR NA markets. Ensure marketing plans relevance & fit to business objectives, local needs as well as global brand strategy.Understand and validate PR North America market's needs & share them with Creative Content Manager of Drive Market and the TAC Global Brand TeamSupport orchestration of content use in PR NA markets (e.g. activation guidelines, translation...) and provide expertise and support to ensure excellence in activationAnimate brand marketing community within PR North America (local consumer engagement managers): content sharing, activation best practices & guidelines, efficient communication between asset creators & asset users within cluster Align clear annual KPIs for the business and initiatives and track performancesPartner with PR NA teams to identify and unlock growth opportunitiesIdentify synergies and best practices that could benefit other markets and be leveraged globallyTake an active role in the monthly S&OP process to ensure seamless stock position for all current and future brand initiativesImplement establish commercial standards/metrics in collaboration with TAC Channel Marketing team
Academic & Professional experience required Degree: university degree levelProfessional experience: more than 5 years in marketing with experience in Market CoExperience in global or regional organizationStrong project management skillsSharp understanding of cultural, business & regulatory specificities within clusterBroad marketing (media mix, pricing...) & commercial experienceExperience in community animation (incl. through digital tools)Fluent in English
