Role Responsibilities:

Responsible for the leadership and management of one of Jameson's key global "drive markets", U.S.A . This role will be tasked with delivering a comprehensive prioritisation of the market and agreed architype markets, while also accelerating new growth opportunities for the brand. A primary responsibility of the role will be tasked with ensuring that our brand strategy is clearly communicated to enable effective in-market execution.

Accountabilities:

  • Be the local "go to" Brand Co representative for any business or brand related matter, playing a pivotal role between Brand Co & market and between content development and consumer engagement, hence enabling focus of Creative Content Manager on Creative development.


  • Act as "Traffic manager" of communication between Brand Co and market of his/her scope and be the local "go to" Brand Co representative for any business / brand related matter. Maintain an effective "feedback loop", both into Dublin and at a local Market/Regional level.


  • Coordinate with Brand & Strategy teams in Dublin and prepare strategies to achieve growth in markets, assist local markets to evaluate scope and processes while advancing best practices for Jameson with associate tools.


  • Enhance consumer centricity fuelling creative development with strong cultural insights gathered locally, thereby being in a position to reaffirm & administer Stage Model & 5C's definition at a Local Market/Regional level of all global marketing initiatives and prepare effective strategies to position all processes according to business unit requirement and ensure optimal support to all global strategies.


  • You will be the "champion" for the North American market architypes (Canada) and working in close collaboration with the local Jameson Brand teams, engaging with the market to determine the opportunity and prioritisation for Jameson within their portfolios over the next 3-5years. Key will be to develop and maintain relationships with all marketing teams and develop effective strategies for individual countries, maintaining knowledge on all markets and supporting the preparation of innovative plans for all BMC's.


  • Understand and validate cluster country (Canada) needs & share them with Creative Content Manager of Drive Market. Support orchestration of content use in cluster countries (e.g. activation guidelines, translation...)


  • You will take leadership in driving amplification of 'clustering' effect across the priority markets. Your role will be to maximise the synergies of "search and spin" best practice to encourage cross fertilisation of excellence in execution. Note, this can also be interstate related.


  • Support in-market teams on the reaffirmation of the market segmentation, key brand challenges, 5C's solution therein re. global marketing initiatives and prepare effective strategies to position all processes according to business unit requirement.
