Position Summary:

The Associate Manager, Sales Enablement will be responsible for last-three-feet (L3F) planning and execution support for PR USA's national programs at the division-level. The role will work directly with the Field Sales Team(s) to ensure L3F focus and resources are prioritized according to the PRUSA account segmentation model (ACE). Additionally, the incumbent will provide tactical support through POS/VAP coordination, and logistical support to execute programs and events in assigned markets. The role also supports the DSOP developing commercial key performance indicators (KPIs) and assessing program performance (ROI) within the framework and context of the PRUSA account segmentation model (ACE).

This position reports directly to the Director, Sales Operations & Planning for the respective division.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

Core responsibilities for the following:

L3F for national program execution: 70%

  • Coordinates the POS, swag, and VAP materials ordered from buybook by Sales and delivered to customers
  • Serves as the local point-of-contact for national program communication and execution (e.g., experiential, engagement, sponsorships, events, influencers, etc.); support extends to Chains team and customer
  • Manages program objectives, measurement, and ROI, ensuring consistency across division / markets
  • Coordinates and maintains all program recaps & ROIs across division to ensure key learnings are captured and communicated to Field Marketing Directors, Channel / Shopper teams, and Brand teams.
  • Works with DSOP to maintain account segmentation model for assigned division / markets to ensure local resources and focus are invested in highest growth potential accounts
  • Key conduit within division for capturing and communicating activation and execution Best Practices both within division and with channel / brand teams on behalf of division.

  • Distributor / customer interactions: 20%

  • Assists in program communication with distributor trade development groups and key division customers
  • Tactical support for internal planning processes and program activation - provides ACE segmentation support to ensure assets & tools optimization
  • Collaborates with field sales & marketing on A&P and LMF budget processes to ensure resources are invested according to portfolio / brand and ACE account priorities
  • New item samples logistics coordination for division
  • Coordinates meetings and develops materials and presentations for distributor-PRUSA local market L3F & retail execution-related meetings

  • Local event and program coordination: 10%

  • Support Field Marketing Manager in tactic(s) execution, agency management, and event logistics associated with local or national programming.
  • Division lead for all retail sampling events, both on and off-premise - requires collaboration across field marketing, agencies, distributor, chains and field sales teams
  • Where applicable, provide targeted support event logistics associated with Chain programming / events.

  • Job Requirements:

    The role requires a highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across functions with passion and enthusiasm. Strong entrepreneurial ability to work around obstacles, results driven, and a bias for action with a pilot/learn/scale approach.

    Education: Minimum of Bachelor's degree - preferably in Marketing or Business Administration; Proficiency in a wide array of office software platforms (MS Outlook & Office).

    Experience / Background : Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in relevant marketing or sales capacity.

    Travel: This position may travel up to 30% of the time.
