The Sr. Manager, Revenue Growth Management for SGWS West/MOA supports the Revenue Growth Management Lead in delivering the revenue growth ambitions of the department and the organization. This role provides leadership regarding pricing strategy and revenue management assigned to SGWS West and MOA sales teams. This role owns and manages all pricing data for the distributor, supervising the allocation and return on investment of FTT and DPP budgets through the company's pricing tool to ensure the continual prioritization of value opportunities and the delivery of net sales income targets.Job responsibilities

Pricing Data Management

Coordinate and own all distributor-specific data gathered in the company's pricing tool, ensuring consistency and completeness across all markets & brands.
Provide training to key partners, as necessary, to build and maintain data integrity within the pricing tool.

Management Pricing increases

Lead price increase processes, ensuring accurate and timely price filing as well as compliance with price increase.
Strategize pricing optimization for the distributor partner. Partner with national RGM team and Commercial team to increase NSI through Pricing, FTT and trade margins optimization.
Lead pricing alignment process with distributor partner: Present guidelines, share price grids, ensure data is aligned.
Lead all pricing requests and changes for the distributor partner, maintaining ongoing communication with all partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of pricing data and decisions.

Analysis of actual pricing, sales performance & trade margins

Partner with Commercial team to assess brands sales performance at retail and at distributor level.
Assess evolution of Distributor and retail prices and margins. Review gaps vs guidelines and forecast evolution of trade prices and margins for coming months.
Own FTT and DPP rolling forecasts for all markets. Report risks & opportunities to Revenue Growth Management Lead.
Identify pricing risks and opportunities, and offer data-driven recommendations to optimize FTT, DPP and FOBs, ensuring adherence to budgets and the delivery of Distributor Partner's NSI targets.
In co-ordination with the Revenue Growth Management Lead, collaborate with Commercial teams to improve consistency of pricing across key accounts nationally.
Collaborate with Commercial team to conduct monthly analysis of the P&L, synthesizing data and reporting brand and channel performance to key collaborators.

Revenue Administration

Build and maintain a standardized pricing calendar for all markets under their remit.
Establish and communicate pricing for all new items, ensuring consistent dissemination of information across all team members.
Review, validate and process all distributor FTT invoices.

Maintain a flexible and adaptable mindset by continually evaluating, revising, and responding with agility to meet rapidly evolving business needs, and perform other functions and duties as assigned.Profile

Education

Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience required; MBA Preferred

Professional Experience

7+ years of data experience in a packaged goods environment, building, deploying, and activating data products in service of business outcomes, with 5+ years managing a team.

Practical / Technical Knowledge

Demonstrated commercial expertise
Advanced understanding and experience with data and financial analysis. Candidate must demonstrate extensive background in creation of financial models and data analysis. Advanced Excel skills required (Powerpivot - Powerquery) - Fluency in Python / R preferred.
