The Senior Manager, Data Product Management & Governance role's primary responsibilities include solidifying foundational data practices to prepare MHUSA for the next stage of its data transformation journey. This role develops & embeds standard methodologies for data product development and drives data literacy & analytics upskilling, to supports MHUSA's continued commitment to leverage data & analytics in business decision making.Job responsibilities

Data Operations & Stewardship: 55%
- Be the go-to person for anything related to data audits, ownership and governance partnering with IT
- Lead continuous optimization of Data assets, finding alignment opportunities across different datasets and data projects to enhance business value while minimizing inefficiency.
- Partner with internal Data Owners and IT to develop standards for data ingestion in compliance with current data architecture.
- Partner with data governance team members to ensure standards are established and adhered to.
- Contribute and own aspects of the data transformation journey for MHUSA
Program Management: 20%
- Coordinate operationalization of data products within MHUSA with the objectives of embedding and increasing adoption and usage.
- Collaborate with Global MH and LVMH partners to leverage acceleration opportunities, as well as share MHUSA standard methodologies.
Upskilling the Organization: 25%
- Develop plan and content for Data literacy & analytics upskilling program, in partnership with Learning & Development organization.
- Coach and collaborate with data and digital talent to upskill the organization on data standard processes.
- Partner with IT to educate an evangelize MHUSA Data assets to the broader MH community, including Commercial, Brand, and Leadership teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field required
Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience building, deploying, and activating data products in service of business outcomes.
- Wines and spirits experience in the U.S. three-tier system preferred
- Experience with the following market suppliers and technologies preferred: AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, BigQuery, PowerBI, Tableau, Dataiku, Data Robot, Alteryx
- Ability to develop and drive best practices and ways-of-working to elevate the broader functional impact.
- Success in stakeholder management to drive towards longer-term solutions while delivering quick wins.
- A passion for successfully navigating the challenges of driving transformation within an organization based on data capabilities.
- A track record of driving results in a complex, multi-stakeholder, and uncertain environment.
- Strong communication skills, with ability to educate and influence business partners at all levels
- Understanding of Marketing and Commercial business management
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with cross-functional teams
