About The Position
Title: Territory Sales Rep, SoCal

AREA 
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance
  • Call Cycle compliance execution via Opmetrix (CRM tool)
  • Build strong Customer Relationships
  • Bring on new customers
  • Present new products and upcoming Marketing & Promotional activity within existing call cycle
  • Ensure price tickets and any promotional material is visible in store
  • Increase number of SKU’s on shelf
  • Optimize shelf positioning & facings to increase brand visibility
  • Organize and execute Ins tore Tastings/Demo’s when required
  • Effective merchandising is implemented, including stock rotation 
  • Minimize Out of Stocks by highlighting stock levels
  • Support in the coordination of Trade Fairs/Shows/Events

Communication: 
  • Represent the brand in a professional, safe and effective manner
  • Accurately use the CRM tool provided (Opmetrix)
  • Weekly and Monthly reporting as per template
  • Using and maintaining approved call cycle 

Cost of Doing Business:
  • Control of all business-related expenses to the Company guidelines
