Floral Beverages is adding a Territory Market Manager (TMM) with experience and relationships in the adult beverage industry for the Northwest Georgia market. The role is well supported with world-class distributors and would ideally grow to encompass direct reports located in greater Georgia and South Carolina.

The Role

The Territory Market Manager oversees all sales, marketing and distribution aspects of an assigned Territory. The TMM manages the Field Sales Representatives, Territory Fulfillment Representatives, and local distributor relationships within a Territory. The TMM reports directly to the Director of Sales Operations and works closely with the Floral marketing and fulfillment teams. The TMM is responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships with key distributor personnel and retail accounts (both on & off premise) in order to grow sales and increase brand presence. 

Success in the position will be to deliver (or over-deliver) against positive P&L, defined annual goals and long-term brand value of Floral Beverages. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·       Represent Floral with integrity and consummate professionalism. 
·       Understand and implement the strategic plan and sales goals for the Territory.
·       Motivate and enable direct reports and local distribution partners through clear communication of strategic sales objectives. 
·       Optimize the sales, marketing, and fulfillment team resources across the Territory. 
·       Conduct sales reviews with each direct report to address market-specific tactics, revise forecasts, and support Floral Beverage’s strategic goals.
·       Build partnerships with distributors and key accounts, adding more value than competitors through contribution of people, systems and brand support.
·       Assist in building Floral Beverage’s reputation as an alcohol alternative industry leader through clear communication and consistent engagement with key stakeholders.
·       Strategically engage in long-term brand building activities through core messaging, social media presence, retailer and community events. Place the consumer at the heart of the conversation and act as an unwavering brand guardian to support brand health.
·       Manage supply chain logistics in accordance with company standards and legal compliance, supporting the portfolio allocation strategy and exceptional customer service.
·       Complete company administration requirements on-time and regularly, including daily market activity and weekly recap within Floral CRM, ordering, expense reports, weekly recaps, budget management, and timely email responses.
·       Aptitude to identify non-Floral accounts and coordinate internally (and with distribution partners) to develop a plan to gain market saturation.
·       Interpret and communicate sales data via reporting tools to identify opportunities for new or expanded accounts, lost sales, incremental volume increases, and other business insights.
·       Attends all Floral Sales Team meetings as required.
·       Retains a nuanced understanding of all legal restrictions regarding Floral THC beverage offerings to ensure all sales initiatives are executed within those limitations.
·       Maintains a flexible work schedule as weekends and extended workdays are often necessary.
·       Supervises Field Sales Representatives on creation and execution of promotions at current and potential customers, festivals and events.
·       Ensure Floral’s quality standards and age restrictions are clearly understood and enforced by distributors and retailers.
·       Performs other related duties as required or assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

·       Organized and detail-oriented with an ability to complete tasks independently and on time.
·       Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills
·       Proven negotiation skills
·       Demonstrated ability to pre-plan multiple responsibilities on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and consistently execute tasks in a timely manner.
·       Strong computer proficiency required in Microsoft Office, CRM software, GSuite and general remote work tech stack.
·       Driver’s License and road worthy vehicle (required). 

Preferences

·       5+ years of progressive adult beverage sales experience 
·       1+ year of management
·       Bachelor’s Degree

Varies based on experience. As a guideline, we aim to attract top talent in the adult beverage segment and relative compensation is structured accordingly.
