Field Sales Representative – Flora THC-Infused Beverage Brand

Position Overview:
We are searching for an ambitious Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role offers exciting career growth opportunities as you will be at the forefront of our brand’s national expansion. You will play a critical role in growing our retail partnerships, engaging with consumers, and ensuring that Flora is well-represented on store shelves. Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Hosting Tastings: Coordinate and execute in-store tasting events and samplings to promote Flora’s product line and engage customers.
  • Event Organization & Attendance: Organize and attend various cannabis and beverage industry events to promote Flora, network with industry professionals, and raise brand awareness.
  • Identify New Retail Opportunities: Research, prospect, and target potential new retail partners to expand Flora’s market presence.
  • Build & Maintain Relationships with Existing Retailers: Serve as the key point of contact for current retail partners, ensuring they are fully supported with promotions, product education, and restocking needs.
  • Sales Strategy & Territory Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals within your designated territory.
  • Product Education: Educate retailers and customers on the benefits and differentiators of Flora’s THC-infused beverages, staying informed on the latest trends in the cannabis and beverage industries.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular updates on sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends to help refine and improve our offerings.

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beer, wine, or non-alcoholic beverage industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and be self-motivated
  • Willingness to travel frequently within your assigned territory
  • Passion for our vision and a commitment to learning and sharing product knowledge
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred but not Required:
  • Experience working with THC or cannabis products
  • Knowledge of local regulations and trends in the cannabis market
  • Experience in event planning or coordination
